You can permanently delete your BTC Clean Counter account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways.
In the app (instant)
- Open BTC Clean Counter.
- Tap the settings icon (top right of the home screen).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm Delete everything.
This immediately and permanently:
- Erases your profile, daily check-ins, connections, and alerts from our server,
- Removes your account, and
- Wipes all app data from your device.
This cannot be undone.
By email
If you can’t access the app, email warren.sigamoney@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or include your handle) and ask us to delete your account. We’ll remove all of your data within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.
What gets deleted
Everything associated with your account: profile/handle, clean date, check-ins, connections, alerts, and your notification token. Note that your emergency contacts, photos, and personal notes were only ever stored on your device, and are removed when you delete in-app (or when you uninstall the app).
